If there is a beach that is property of the people of Bocas Town, this is the Istmito Beach also known as La Cabana Beach or La Feria Beach. Anybody in town can walk (15 minutes) to this beach and spend the day there, laying on the sun, playing soccer or volleyball, walking or just running. This is the only beach you will see busy everyday.
